How to use the tool
1. Select a conversation
Ask the team member for permission to record the conversation. Avoid using people’s full names and discussing classified information.
You can make multiple recordings of different conversations.
2. Record the conversation
Record the conversation using a video chat service (e.g. Google Meet, Teams or Zoom) or face-to-face on your mobile phone (e.g. Voice Recorder on iPhone or Voice Memo on Android).
3. Upload the file
Upload the file. Accepted file formats: wav, mp3, MP4, and m4a. Upload the recording as a single file.

4. Wait for the feedback
You will receive feedback on the conversation by email within 7 days.
The delay due to the fact that in this pilot the AI feedback is reviewed by our coaches to ensure quality.
5. Give us your review
Please rate the usefulness of the feedback according to the instructions in the feedback email.
